Our goal is to develop young leaders and mentors for our community through: Core Values, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Training, and Community Responsibility.

The national award wining SHINE Mentor Leadership Program is a free and unique opportunity offered to Yuma County high school students. Arizona Western College and Arizona Department of Education approved a new Organizational Leadership Certificate tailored for SHINE's Mentor Program courses. 

 

Students are eligible to participate in the Program throughout their high school career where they will earn college credit in a different course each year and earn the AWC Certificate by the time they graduate from high school!

Your donation is tax deductible! All donations benefit the SHINE Boys and Girls Center where local youth participate in free or affordable after school activities.
