The Mentor Program is a college-accredited, two year program for high school students. In collaboration with the Southwest Technical Education of Yuma (STEADY) and Arizona Western College (AWC), students will be able to earn a Business certificate in Organizational Leadership.

This program is aimed to provide real-world experience, networks, and opportunities to explore; it's the first of its kind in the City of Yuma and was a recipient of a National Award of Merit and Excellence by NAHRO for its innovation and community impact in 2019.
